A few of my staple ways to get my protein in for the day! I’ve found that the simpler the better for me. Over complicating my meals, burns me out. But when I keep them simple and straight forward, I’m able to remain consistent! 💪🏻
Disclaimer: I do not use a scale to measure. I input what I’m eating into the weight watchers app and it calculates my protein. Some of these protein number are give or take by a few!
