Tell me I'm not alone lol. My brain loves to announce that I’m late to everything. It usually happens after I see a house post or a promotion graphic and suddenly my cereal tastes like failure. Then I remember I’m comparing my Tuesday to their milestone photo. Two different planets.

When the spiral hits, I pull receipts. I list five things I did in the last year that Future Me would high five. It always surprises me. Quiet wins count. Saying no counts. Rest counts. Then I choose one visible step for my lane today. Book the class. Send the pitch. Update the resume. Something I can point to at bedtime and say “I moved.”
