This offloads mental clutter and lets your brain focus on creativity rather than storage. In addition to organizing tasks, incorporating regular, intentional breaks is essential. Scheduling 5-minute 'do whatever you want' windows every 45 minutes allows your brain to reset and recharge—whether it's taking a short walk, grabbing a snack, or simply stretching. This helps maintain focus and prevents burnout. Finally, adopting time blocking techniques ensures dedicated periods for specific tasks, reducing distractions and task-switching.
