... Read moreWe've all been there—those little moments that unexpectedly test our patience and make us say, "Ça m’énerve!" For instance, the frustration of filming yourself crying and feeling vulnerable or trying to explain something important via text where tone can get lost. If you live in places like Quebec, the extreme temperature swings from -20°C to +20°C can be a real challenge. Not only does it affect your mood and plans, but it also influences how you prepare each day. I remember having to layer clothing strategically to stay warm, only to get too hot when the sun came out unexpectedly! On a more personal level, forgetting your concealer at home makes getting ready a struggle, especially when you want to cover dark circles or breakouts. It’s amazing how such small things can impact your confidence. And then there’s the infamous sticky toothpaste in the lever—something so small but surprisingly annoying. Or worse, losing your favorite lip gloss just when you need a quick touch-up. Fake friends also make the list of everyday disappointments. Recognizing insincerity can be tough but vital for mental well-being. Over time, I’ve learned to prioritize genuine connections and let go of toxic ones. Sharing these little annoyances helps us relate and realize we're not alone in these experiences. They remind us to find humor in the small struggles and keep a positive outlook despite daily irritations.
