Apprenticeship review with Thai Aviation

GA-A is done on the Land side and the Air side. The main function is to help passengers check-in on the Land side and to guide passengers on the Air side.
GA-B will be done in the Piority and Lounge Passenger Services section.

The main function that the apprentice does is to save the time of the first bag and last bag. It is to save the time of the first bag that comes up on the belt and the last bag that comes up on the belt. And before work, it will report the file that we do in one day. The minimum for making a file in one day is 5 files. But almost every apprentice will make 8 or more files (the reason is free, hahahaha. 5 files are actually done in half a day).
💚 the next page is to guide the passenger. In cases such as broken luggage, lost luggage, paging the list of passengers whose luggage will not come in this file, and other issues with the luggage. If found in these cases, we have the duty to take the passenger to the Thai Aviation Office to make a report with the elder in front of the counter (say that it is very entertaining).
❤️ another common function is to answer passenger questions that we often encounter: where is the bathroom, where is the next file to go, where is the exit, where is the restaurant, blah blah, which is mostly a question that most of us already know because it is on the inbound part (I like it a lot because I like to talk to people already, haha).

หลายคนที่เสิร์ชคำว่า “โลโก้การบินไทย” อาจกำลังหาว่าโลโก้นี้หน้าตาเป็นยังไง ใช้สีอะไร หรืออยากรู้ความหมายแบบคร่าวๆ ก่อนเอาไปทำรายงาน/พรีเซนต์ ซึ่งจากประสบการณ์ฝึกงานกับการบินไทยในตำแหน่ง THAI GA-C Trainee เราได้เห็น “โลโก้การบินไทย” อยู่แทบทุกจุดในสนามบิน เลยขอแชร์แบบเล่าเพื่อนฟัง + ทริคเล็กๆ สำหรับคนที่อยากใช้งานให้ถูกต้องนะคะ อย่างแรก โลโก้การบินไทยที่คนคุ้นตาจะเป็นสัญลักษณ์ลายไทยโทนม่วง-ทอง (บางสื่อจะเห็นเป็นม่วงเฉดต่างกันตามพื้นหลัง) ตอนที่เราไปฝึกงาน เราเจอโลโก้นี้บนป้ายชื่อวงกลมของเด็กฝึกงานที่ระบุชัดว่า “THAI GA-C Trainee” ซึ่งเป็นจุดที่ทำให้รู้สึกว่าเราเป็นส่วนหนึ่งขององค์กรจริงๆ นอกจากนี้ยังเห็นบนจอแสดงข้อมูลเที่ยวบิน (ตามโซนขาเข้า/ขาออก) และเอกสาร/ป้ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับงานบริการผู้โดยสารอีกด้วย ถ้าถามว่า “โลโก้การบินไทยสื่ออะไร” ในมุมคนทำงานหน้างาน เรารู้สึกว่าเขาตั้งใจให้ความเป็นไทยดูชัด แต่ยังดูโมเดิร์นและเป็นสายการบินระดับสากล เวลาอยู่หน้างานแผนก GA-C (Baggage Service) ที่ต้องเจอผู้โดยสารต่างชาติบ่อย โลโก้นี้เหมือนเป็นสัญลักษณ์ที่ทำให้คนจำได้ทันทีว่าเคาน์เตอร์นี้คือของ THAI และช่วยให้ผู้โดยสารเดินมาหาถูกจุด โดยเฉพาะเคสกระเป๋ามาช้า กระเป๋าพัง หรือกระเป๋าหาย คนจะค่อนข้างเครียด พอเห็นโลโก้ชัดๆ เขาจะมั่นใจมากขึ้นว่า “มาถูกที่แล้ว” สำหรับคนที่อยากนำโลโก้การบินไทยไปใช้ (เช่น ทำสไลด์ ทำรายงาน หรือทำคอนเทนต์) ขอแนะนำจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวว่าให้ระวังเรื่อง “การใช้ให้เหมาะสม” นิดนึง เพราะโลโก้เป็นเครื่องหมายการค้า โดยทั่วไปงานเชิงการศึกษา/อ้างอิงมักทำได้ แต่ถ้าใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ เช่น ทำสินค้า ทำปกเพจขายของ หรือโฆษณา ควรขออนุญาตและใช้ไฟล์จากแหล่งทางการเพื่อความคมชัดและไม่ผิดเพี้ยน สี/สัดส่วนไม่ควรยืดหรือบีบ เพราะโลโก้จะดูไม่เป็นมืออาชีพมากๆ (เราเคยเห็นบางคนยืดแล้วเพี้ยนชัดเลยค่ะ) สุดท้าย ถ้าใครสงสัยว่าเด็กฝึกงานอย่างเราเกี่ยวอะไรกับ “โลโก้การบินไทย” ก็ต้องบอกว่ามันอยู่ในชีวิตประจำวันของการทำงานจริงๆ ตั้งแต่ติดบัตรชื่อ เข้าพื้นที่ทำงาน ไปจนถึงการสื่อสารกับผู้โดยสาร โลโก้ไม่ใช่แค่รูปสวยๆ แต่เป็นเหมือนจุดยึดของความน่าเชื่อถือของแบรนด์ในสนามบินเลยค่ะ
