... Read moreTraveling from Tokyo to Osaka by bullet train offers one of the most scenic journeys in Japan, with breathtaking views of iconic landmarks like Mount Fuji. Many travelers recommend grabbing quick yet delicious bites at convenient stores such as 7-Eleven before boarding— their egg sandwiches, known for their rich and creamy texture, are a must-try and provide a satisfying snack during the trip. Once in Osaka, the culinary delights take center stage, especially the famous Wagyu beef. Known for its exceptional marbling and tenderness, Wagyu melts effortlessly in your mouth, creating an unforgettable dining experience. Areas like Dotonbori are popular spots to enjoy various cuts of this premium beef, often prepared as steak or in specialty dishes such as Tomahawk Wagyu. Many Wagyu dishes highlight locally sourced ingredients and authentic Japanese preparation methods that emphasize the natural flavors. Osaka itself is a vibrant city rich in food culture and entertainment. Beyond Wagyu, street food staples like Takoyaki (octopus balls) and Kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) are widely loved. The city is also famous for its welcoming atmosphere and bustling nightlife, making it an exciting destination for first-time visitors. For travelers interested in a blend of scenic travel, culinary exploration, and cultural discovery, Osaka provides an ideal itinerary. The combination of the high-speed bullet train experience, the majestic view of Mt. Fuji, and the opportunity to indulge in authentic, high-quality Japanese cuisine like Wagyu beef ensures a memorable first day in this dynamic city. Don't forget to explore local markets and street vendors for a complete taste of Osaka’s food scene during your visit.

Japan’s transit system is amazing - especially their rail but sometimes traveling with check-in baggage, a carry on and a backpack via metro is not so ideal. Since we were traveling from Namba , the Airport Limousine bus was so convenient - especially for a large group of 10 people. We didn’t have
