Something that’s helped me tremendously while teaching this past school year: BRAIN BREAKS 💕 Believe it or not, we all need them! All people. We all need just a moment to reset and get back focused. It literally takes 5 minutes. And I do them maybe twice per class. It can depend on the mood

Mental health check-in ✍🏻

When you need a mental break from everything, what do you do? Where do you go? I usually take some time to myself and listen to music, and play a game on my iPad. It really helps me to just be still for a minute. I push for you to take a moment to yourself everyday. Even if it’s 5 minutes.
