🫣❤️ weigh day! Iv had a few naughty treats over the weekend but back on track! I put on weight Last week but I got it back off! 2.8lb or 1.25kg off!13st 12.2lb or 88.10kg! Get in! Now to get that 13.7lb then ill set myself a new target! ❤️🫣 all together 8.8lb gone! Or 3.98kg! ❤️

didnt fancy a 2nd shake for lunch so I had a banana shake for breakfast then a packet of fridge raiders , for lunch a protein bagel with ham and cucumber sticks, ill have my dinner and maybe protein yoghurt and fruit for pudding!

So iv had a few bad days! But iv lost another 2.4lb or 1.10kg since sat! I weigh every 4 days! I cant wait until sat! Iv never found losing weight so easy! In 10 days iv lost 8.6lbs or 3.88kg

OMG!! 6.2LB OR 2.78KG in a week! starting weight (5th june) 14.7st:lb or 92.05kg 1st weigh in (9th june) 14.2.6 st:lb or 90.05kg 2nd weigh in (13th june) 14.0.8st:lb or 89.30kg cannot weigh to see what next week brings! into the next stone bracket! im aiming for 1 stone at a time x

week 1 complete!
today was vanilla shake with milk (really filling) 1 egg omelette with ham dinner was crabstick pasta salad ending the night with a shake as a hot drink! looking forward to weigh in tomorrow!

really struggled today! bad belly (due to adding extra fibre and ibs) huge detox headache I had a shake 2 packets of fridge raiders ham and coleslaw protein bagel shepherds pie cucumber coleslaw and a cheese string 2 choc yoghurts

started with a min choc chip shake egg cabbage red cabbage carrot and onion with mayo and fridge raiders shepherds pie ended with a nice chocolate shake warmed up!
