Letās engage šsupport each other
Itās OKAY not to be okay.
It OKAY to leave.
Itās OKAY to take Time and space.
itās OKAY to be uncertain of the future
Itās OKAY to heal and move forward.
Itās OKAY to fall IN love again.
Itās OKAY to be happier than youāve ever been.
Adjust your crown or pick it up entirely from where it was- youāre a badass and you need to own it.
you survived awful and unspeakable things.
Youāve made it here because you wanted to live and by any means you did, by the grace of a miracle or many you pulled through the physical emotional and psychological abuse:. On average it takes 7 tries to leave and somewhere in those times or maybe more, you left and you are living proof. Not everyone does and for the ones who arenāt with us anymore I think of daily š thatās the saddest but realest part of DV. So weāre going to help each other. No woman left behind, check on your loved ones who are going through a hardship! Check on strangers even if you think they may be struggling. We need to form a community of love ā¤ļø I just wanted to make this post bc I felt compelled too. Iāve seen way too many things lately that have just made my heart ache!!!
I wanted to let you know as long as your here your NEVER alone. Reach out anytime.
Iām also a life and trauma coach so in that aspect if you ever need someone to lean on in a big way Iām here for that as well. #survivorsupport #surviving #DV #support #community
In moments of struggle, it's essential to remember that it's perfectly okay to seek support and take time for yourself. Healing from emotional or physical trauma can feel overwhelming, but connecting with others who understand your journey can provide comfort and strength. Many individuals face significant challenges, such as the effects of domestic violence (DV) and emotional abuse, and statistics show that it often takes multiple attempts to leave these situations. By creating a robust support network, we foster a sense of belonging and mutual strength. Reaching out to friends, family, and even strangers can help bridge the gap of isolation that often accompanies hardship. Whether itās through support groups, one-on-one talking, or community initiatives, each gesture of kindness creates ripples of hope and healing. As a trauma coach, I encourage everyone to recognize the power of shared stories. Understanding that others also experience grief, uncertainty, and moments of despair can assure you that you are not alone. Together, we can validate our feelings and build the resilience needed to move forwardāsafeguarding not just our own spirits, but uplifting those around us. Letās unite to check on each other and create a culture where support is abundant, fostering deep connections that empower us to heal. Remember, you always have a place to reach out for comfort and guidance, regardless of how distant you may feel from joy. Itās time to let our collective strength shine through, reinforcing the message: No one is left behind.
