I really like this alot. Water is so powerful.

Humans are made up of about 70% of water. Water is the major component of most body parts, helps flush the body of toxins.

Speaking affirmations into the water before drinking it, isn't just spiritual, it's vibrational.

Write down affirmations that tape them onto your water bottle/glass jar. Think of this as you drink your water. Have your water set aside, with the affirmations placed on it, days ahead. It really does make a difference.
