Then, I'll put on some soft, whispered ASMR tracks or gentle tapping sounds while I begin my wind-down. These aren't just background noise; they're triggers that help quiet my busy mind and signal to my body that it’s time to relax. When it comes to best ASMR products for self-care and relaxation, I've found a few game-changers. An essential oil diffuser with lavender or chamomile is a must-have for scent layering before bed, filling the room with calming aromas.
