5 "Long life," spell
• Eat focus on plants, prolong life: eat lots of vegetables, fruits and nuts, reduce sweetness, reduce salinity, fried items (eat only 80% full enough)
• Move a little a day. Life changes: Walk fast, cycle or yoga. Just 20-30 minutes a day. Let the heart pump.
• Good sleep is the magic potion: sleep well 7-8 hours a day, the best time for the body to repair itself.
• Drink clear water, far from disease: Drink enough water throughout the day, obviously improving the excretion system and skin.
• Let go, Brain clear: Find time to laugh, do your favorite activities, stress is reduced, body cells age slower.
