2 ingredient low carb keto Aldi meal
This is one of my favorites to make. Very easy and very cheap yet full of flavor and filling. If you are watching carbs this can be your main dish. Need a side dish to complement your main dish? This is a winner! Both items are always stocked at my Aldi. I take a small bunch of asparagus, wrap a piece of raw bacon around it and then cook it in a hot skillet. Depending of how crispy you want your bacon this takes less than ten minutes from start to finish. I love Aldi bacon it’s just the right thickness and full of flavor.
