This resembles Ottawa’s new builds, they compact every square inch of a subdivision to maximum the amount of homes they can fit in & their $$returns$$. This leaves people with 1 car garages that can’t fit a Mazda 3 or even a Honda crv properly, but as long as the builders get their full return
