Hey Ladies 💜

This week was strictly about getting myself back in the gym 3 days this week. I did slack up Wednesday / Thursday and Friday because of work . However, on Saturdays is when I can really focused on workouts tremendously.

As a plus size girly in the gym do not compare your journey to someone else’s. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 16 and later in age found out I had Hydrosalphinx ( blocked fallopian tubes) which cause all my hormones to be out of pocket .

So , by all means don’t compare yourself to anyone . Everyone journey is different.

Yes so soda and juices aren’t hard for me to limit I like mineral water anyways and popi soda as a treat . For me it’s coffee abs carbs lol but I honestly don’t think I hardly eat that much carbs. But sweets are my thing too I probably have a sweet treat maybe twice a week
