Another surprising tip was to limit close contact with others or pets — no kissing or sharing skin contact — to reduce bacterial exposure and prevent breakouts. Overall, following these dos and don'ts made a huge difference. The controlled post-care helped soothe my skin, reduce redness, and strengthen my skin barrier over time.
