How to design a cafe to feel resting from the first step
The project's concept stems from interpreting "beach simplicity" into an architectural space that helps create a leisure atmosphere rather than just a cafe.
The building shape is designed with simple lines, attenuating unnecessary detail, and opting for arches (Arch) as the main element to soften the building, while also continuously helping to connect the view between the interior and the outside space.
The white tone was chosen to reflect the sense of sand and sunshine by the sea. The wood material section fills with warmth and balances the area as a whole.
The placement of the building is designed to expose as much natural light, wind and surrounding views as possible, allowing all areas to perceive the atmosphere of the sea throughout their use.
The architecture in this project is therefore not just a space to drink coffee, but a space that connects people to nature, through the light, shadow, wind and simplicity of coastal areas.
เมื่อได้ไปเยี่ยมชม Little Paradise BEACH CAFE หนึ่งในแรงบันดาลใจหลักมาจากความเรียบง่ายของชายหาด ฉันรู้สึกว่าการออกแบบที่ใช้ซุ้มโค้ง (Arch) เป็นตัวกลางระหว่างภายในและพื้นที่ภายนอกนั้นช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศให้ดูนุ่มนวลและต่อเนื่องได้จริง ๆ การเลือกใช้สีขาวสะท้อนถึงทรายและแสงแดดริมทะเล ทำให้พื้นที่โดยรอบดูสว่างและกว้างขึ้น ส่วนการใส่วัสดุไม้ช่วยเพิ่มความรู้สึกอบอุ่น ซึ่งสำคัญมากในการทำให้แขกที่เข้ามารู้สึกเหมือนได้พักผ่อนจริง ๆ ไม่ใช่แค่ร้านกาแฟทั่วไป อีกสิ่งที่น่าสังเกตคือการออกแบบให้เปิดรับแสงธรรมชาติและลมทะเลช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศสดชื่นและสบายตลอดเวลาที่ใช้เวลาในคาเฟ่ ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนได้อยู่ริมชายหาดจริง ๆ จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ฉันเองมักจะมองหาคาเฟ่ที่มีบรรยากาศผ่อนคลายและใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติเช่นนี้ เวลาที่ได้มานั่งดื่มกาแฟในบรรยากาศแบบนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่นั่งพักผ่อนหย่อนใจ แต่ยังรู้สึกเหมือนได้ชาร์จพลังและเชื่อมต่อกับธรรมชาติอย่างแท้จริง ดังนั้นการออกแบบคาเฟ่ที่ผสมผสานความเรียบง่ายของชายหาดเข้ากับสถาปัตยกรรมที่ตอบโจทย์การพักผ่อนอย่างนี้ จึงเหมาะอย่างยิ่งสำหรับใครที่ต้องการสถานที่พักผ่อนใจในวันหยุดหรือหลีกหนีความวุ่นวายในเมืองใหญ่
