... Read moreFeeding tigers at a zoo is a unique experience that combines excitement with safety measures to protect both visitors and animals. At Shenzhen Wildlife Zoo, guests sit inside a gated bus, ensuring no direct contact while offering meat on skewers to the tigers, which helps the animals stay engaged and stimulated. Zookeepers carefully prepare the feeding sessions to match the natural hunting behaviors of tigers, making sure the feeding is controlled and safe. This also enriches the tigers’ environment, replicating activities they would do in the wild. I learned that adult tigers in zoos often do not resist during feeding because they have been trained and conditioned through positive reinforcement. This makes the interaction smoother and safer for everyone involved. Tiger sanctuaries and wildlife parks in China, like the Shenzhen Wildlife Zoo, focus on unique animal care methods that prioritize the well-being of the tigers while providing educational and thrilling experiences for visitors. Whether it’s a safari park or specialized animal sanctuary, these places offer a glimpse into tiger behavior and conservation efforts. If you are planning a visit, consider going during the tiger feeding times to witness this fascinating moment. Remember to follow all safety instructions and respect the animals for a memorable and responsible wildlife encounter.

I wouldn't encourage going there if you're not a Mainlander Chinese...as there's a lack of supervision where observations have noted a lack of control regarding public feeding, with visitors sometimes throwing inappropriate food into enclosures...zoos in China are mainly for entertainment and profit...few are actually built for conservation purposes 🤨

Breastfeeding sucks
Sigh, where do I even start? Simply talking about breastfeeding brings up so much bad memories that I don't want to relive... It was literally the toughest thing I've ever done and a very painful, lonely and miserable 9 months of my life. To put things in perspective, I would say pregnancy

Would you skip the kissing shots for your wedding photos? 👀 Okay hear me out! As a photographer, I’ve seen so many couples stress about “the kiss shot.” Suddenly it feels staged. Stiff. Overthought. And sometimes? It doesn’t even feel like you. Here’s the truth: romance isn’t just about kiss

Questions to Ask Before Booking JB Confinement 🍼
I’m a very detailed person — I ask until I’m fully clear (not to harass anyone 😅). But I’ve learned that not asking small questions early can lead to big regrets later. So here’s my complete checklist — you can copy, save, or tweak it until you’re 100% satisfied before choosing your confinement

BLW vs Spoon Feeding? I Chose Both.
Starting solids with my third baby, and I’ll be honest… I was still 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝. Everyone talks about BLW like it’s this beautiful, confident journey. But no one really prepares you for the gagging sounds, or how your heart skips a beat when they cough. Spoon feeding felt safe to me. But at th

Why We Chose Not to Hire a Confinement Nanny.
Last year at this time, I was almost at the end of my confinement. I remember feeling exhausted, slightly emotional, and unsure if I was doing things “right.” Now, one year later, I mostly feel gratitude. When we found out I was pregnant, we already sensed we probably wouldn’t hire a confinement
