Create a good morning routine . Wake up early ,meditate ,go for a walk, journal with breakfast

Learn new recipes to cook at home for better health and gut /digestion (ANY RECOMMENDATIONS ARE WELCOME BELOW🥹)

Work on myself and my own habits staying to myself.

Going on day trips to different places.

Reading new books.

Here’s a breakdown of the 'rules' I’m committing to, inspired by the spirit of the challenge and my own goals for a healthier, happier life: 1. Master Your Morning Routine: This is my non-negotiable foundation. Waking up early isn't just about the clock; it's about claiming uninterrupted time for myself. My rule? A dedicated 60-90 minutes each morning. This includes mindful meditation (even just 10 minutes makes a huge difference!), a refreshing walk outdoors, and then journaling with a healthy breakfast. Journaling is where I practice gratitude, set intentions, and reflect. It’s amazing how this quiet time sets a positive tone for the entire day. 2. Nourish Your Body with Home-Cooked Meals: This rule is all about mindful eating and gut health. My goal isn't strict dieting but learning to cook new, nutritious recipes. I'm actively seeking recommendations because variety is key! Think fresh ingredients, portion control, and understanding what truly fuels my body. This also means minimizing processed foods and enjoying the process of preparing my own meals. It's a form of self-care! 3. Consistent Movement (aka Exercising!): While not as intense as the "Hard" challenge, regular movement is crucial. My rule is to incorporate at least 30 minutes of intentional exercise daily. This could be my morning walk, a yoga session, a dance workout, or even just some active cleaning around the house! The point is to get my body moving and feel good, not necessarily to hit specific fitness milestones right away. 4. Prioritize Self-Work and Habit Formation: This is perhaps the most personal rule. For me, it means dedicating time to introspection, identifying habits I want to cultivate (like consistency, discipline, and presence), and those I want to let go of. It's about being present, staying focused on my growth, and sometimes, that means stepping back from external distractions to truly *work on myself*. 5. Embrace Learning and Exploration: My challenge includes reading a new book each week (or finishing one within the timeframe). This isn't just for entertainment; it's about expanding my knowledge and perspective. Coupled with this, I'm planning day trips to different places.
