This made me cry. This used to be me with my first husband. He stole sooooo much of me for 25 years. It feels like he ruined my life. He turned out to be, among other things, a narcissistic psychopath. After 15 years of getting myself back after all the fear, self loathing, and PTSD, I have a wonderful husband that truly loves me and tells me I am beautiful inside and out. Please take care of YOU, and never mind the other person, you. need to get far away from them. sending hugs.❤️

What would happen if you said “I hate you”??
"I remember a time when I was really mad at my parents as a kid and almost blurted out “I hate you.” 😬 Just the thought of it was terrifying because I knew it would be a huge deal. Saying that would’ve meant instant punishment and a serious talk about respect. My parents didn’t put up with that
