🟢 Pure Matcha (Original Formula)
• Taste: Bean Tone + Light Seaweed with a bit of bitterness on the tip of the tongue
• Texture: lighter green than the Plus
• Recommended: Suitable for refreshing people (Fresh). The brew is very good. Or if brewing a latte, it is recommended to wear only 1-2 g, not too bitter.
🟢 Pure Matcha Plus (Upgrade Formula)
• Taste: Very noisy! Natty (Bean) tone is clear. Not bitter at all.
• Texture: Dark green shout. Hit and then have a very high creamy.

(หรือใส่น้ำแข็ง) • สูตรนี้ mini Pure Matcha จะเด่นเรื่องความเฟรชและกลิ่นใบชา 3) ทริค “ตีให้เนียน ไม่เป็นเม็ด” - แนะนำให้ร่อนผงก่อนทุกครั้ง โดยเฉพาะถ้าตวง 6 กรัม จะช่วยให้ผงไม่จับตัว - ใช้น้ำอุ่น (ไม่เดือด) ประมาณ 70–80°C จะละลายง่ายและกลิ่นไม่เพี้ยน - เวลาใช้แปรงไม้ไผ่ ให้ตีเป็นทรง W/M เร็วๆ จนเกิดฟองละเอียด เนื้อจะครีมมี่ขึ้น โดยตัว Plus จะขึ้นฟองสวยเป็นพิเศษ 4) อยากหวานแบบคาเฟ่ เพิ่มอะไรดี? - เราใช้ไซรัป/น้ำผึ้ง 10–15 มล. หรือถ้าชอบแนวละมุนๆ ใส่นมข้นหวานนิดเดียวก็ได้ (แต่จะกลบรสมัทฉะเร็ว) - ถ้าอยากคุมแคล แนะนำไซรัปหญ้าหวาน/อิริทริทอล แล้วเลือกนมโอ๊ตสูตรไม่หวาน สรุปแบบเลือกให้เลย: ถ้าคุณค้นหา mini pure matcha เพราะอยากได้ความชาแท้ๆ ชงใสสดชื่น เลือก Pure Matcha ได้เลย แต่ถ้าค้นหา mini pure matcha plus เพื่อทำลาเต้ให้นัวง่าย ไม่ค่อยขม ตัว Plus เป็นตัวที่หยิบชงบ่อยและผิดพลาดยากค่ะ
