How to a new mom?
1. Start with "accept the truth" first.
Full-time mother life never stops. There's no time out of work.
Don't expect to be perfect for everything.
"The house is a mess. You have to come first."
2. Resilient life schedule
Not exactly, but should have a frame like
• Morning: Baby Care + Light Housework
• Daylight: Baby Nap = Mother Rest / Private Work
• Cool: Prepare food / spend time with family
Having a frame will help not feel lost all day.
3. Spend your time sleeping.
Don't spend all your time on chores.
Divide some "real rest," such as
Sleep / play mobile / watch what you like
Because if you don't recharge, you'll be tired.
4. Reduce self-expectations
Not to be the best mother.
Just being a "quality with your child" mother is enough.
Some days are tired, some days discouraged. It's very normal.
5. Find your own time (very important!)
A little day is still good.
Like a 10-minute bath.
Or play quietly on your phone without feeling guilty.
This is to "charge the mind."
6. Create a wizard around
Be it.
• Husband
• Grandparents, grandparents
• Or even dribble content / clip
Do not force to do it all alone
7. Speak very well to yourself.
Instead of saying, "We're not doing well enough."
Try turning it into
"We did our best today."

การเป็นคุณแม่ฟูลไทม์มือใหม่อาจเต็มไปด้วยความท้าทายที่ไม่คาดคิดมากมายเลยทีเดียว จากประสบการณ์ตรง พบว่าการรับรู้และยอมรับว่าชีวิตแม่ไม่มีวันหยุดจริงๆ เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นสำคัญที่จะช่วยปรับมุมมองและลดความกดดันในใจได้มาก เมื่อจัดตารางชีวิตแบบยืดหยุ่นและมีโครงสร้างคร่าวๆ เช่น การแบ่งเวลาตามช่วงเช้า กลางวัน และเย็น จะพบว่าชีวิตดูมีระเบียบแบบแผนมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะเวลาที่ลูกงีบให้เป็นช่วงพักผ่อนของตัวเองบ้าง ไม่ควรยึดติดกับการทำงานบ้านจนหมดเวลาพัก การให้เวลากับตัวเองนิดหน่อย เช่น เล่นมือถือหรืออ่านหนังสือ จะช่วยเติมพลังใจและลดความเหนื่อยล้าสะสมได้ สิ่งที่สำคัญคือการลดความคาดหวังให้ตัวเอง ไม่ต้องเป็นแม่ที่สมบูรณ์แบบที่สุด แค่เป็นแม่ที่รักและอยู่กับลูกอย่างมีคุณภาพก็เพียงพอแล้ว เมื่อรู้สึกท้อแท้หรือเหนื่อยให้จำไว้ว่าทุกคนมีวันที่ไม่สมบูรณ์แบบเป็นเรื่องธรรมดา และการพูดดีกับตัวเอง เช่น "วันนี้เราทำดีที่สุดแล้ว" จะช่วยเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจได้มาก ในชีวิตจริง การสร้างตัวช่วยรอบข้างไม่ว่าจะเป็นสามี ปู่ย่าตายาย หรือแม้แต่การหาข้อมูลจากคลิปและคอนเทนต์เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูก ถือเป็นแรงสนับสนุนที่ดี ช่วยแบ่งเบาภาระแม่และทำให้รู้สึกว่ามีทีมคอยช่วยเหลือไม่ต้องสู้คนเดียว สุดท้าย อย่าลืมว่าแม่ก็เป็นมนุษย์ มีสิทธิ์เหนื่อย ร้องไห้ และท้อได้ แต่สิ่งสำคัญคือรู้ว่าคุณกำลังทำหน้าที่ที่สุดยิ่งใหญ่และมีค่าที่สุดในชีวิตหนึ่งเลย เป็นกำลังใจให้คุณแม่ทุกคนที่กำลังเดินทางบนเส้นทางแห่งความรักนี้ค่ะ
