Struggle with Resting and digest mode?

Get comfortable to feel like shit and let it pass without shaming yourself!

At one point in life, you needed to grind to survive, but now you have the luxury to choose to rest and that’s the reason you feel guilty because you need to acknowledge you’ve been ignoring yourself and just seeing that make you feel guilty.

Or you are shaming the rest because you don’t want to accept the fact that you are ignoring yourself and that’s not correct!

Anyhow, don’t give into this guilt rabbit hole, become aware of it, don’t intellectualize it, feel it, let it pass and choose differently.
