Starting my mornings with Jesus has truly transformed my outlook on life. There's something deeply comforting about placing Him first, knowing His love surrounds me unconditionally. Often, when life feels overwhelming, recalling scriptures like Joshua 1:9 — “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go” — reinforces my courage. I find that faith gives me strength beyond my own capabilities. Even on the days when I only have a little bit of coffee, much like the phrase 'All I need is a little bit of coffee and a whole lot of Jesus,' I feel ready to face whatever comes my way. Prayer doesn’t require a perfect setting; it can happen anywhere—in traffic, in quiet moments, or even in pajamas at home. It’s simply inviting Jesus into my daily routine. Verses from Psalms and Proverbs, like Psalm 27:1 and Proverbs 31:25, remind me that with Jesus, I don’t need to fear the future because He is my light and strength. This faith has helped me navigate anxieties and fears, knowing God’s presence offers peace and protection. It’s a reminder that we are stronger, braver, and more loved than we often believe. Sharing these reflections encourages me and others to keep putting Jesus first. In a chaotic world, making Him your priority can bring unparalleled calm and confidence. This mindset shifts everything—from how I handle stress to how I approach life’s uncertainties—with hope and trust in His plan.
