This is the omelet that my mother used.
When renovating, I had to dispose of the tableware and frying pan that overlapped with my belongings because I was in trouble with the storage place, but this was left because the Teflon processing was still solid than the egg frying machine I had.
Because it was heavy and big, there was a brand name of UMIC of the handle, so when I looked it up, it was a fairly expensive item used by chefs made by Urushiyama Metal Industry 😆 Majesta UMIC Made in Japan!
I finally found out about this series, but when my mother bought it, she probably made it, but there was no such large size, and I thought I would bake a lot of dumplings, so I bought a lid at Nitori later 😊
Egg rolls are slippery and hard to roll, but I'm trying to get the hang of it and use it 😆
