This can give you a significant boost later when you're trying to max out dozens of skills. 2. Master Time Management: This is crucial. Every minute in a Sim's day counts. Schedule skill-building, work, and social interactions efficiently. Consider using rewards from aspirations or the rewards store (like 'Motivator' or 'Morning Sim') to boost skill gain or fulfill needs faster. Group activities can also be a lifesaver – why not build charisma and cooking skills by hosting a dinner party? 3. Financial Stability First: A 'bad start' often includes money woes. Before you dive deep into complex aspirations, ensure your Sim has a stable income. Gardening, painting, or even crafting can provide a decent early income. This takes the pressure off and frees up time for skill development instead of constant scrambling for Simoleons. 4. Embrace the Unexpected (and Learn from It): Sims is known for its unpredictable moments. Fires, random deaths, or alien abductions can throw a wrench into the best-laid plans.
