My Cardio Routine and Tips
If you’re looking to start running and building up your stamina, this is the best way to do it. I have shared with you my routine and tips on how to breathe better when running because of course, obviously, the most important part when you’re running is controlling your breathing in the amount of oxygen you take in. I’ve been doing this for a while now and after the first one or two months of running and walking at this pace, I have seen results in running a mile without even walking so when I say this works, this works a lot, especially if you’re looking for progress in distance running.

P.S Every time I do cardio I always make sure to not just do running but to include either cycling or stairmaster just to burn those extra calories I’ll be sharing those routines as well 😊
