sometimes I just don’t even know what to do when I’m mentally exhausted 😴

preschool doesn’t start for a few weeks & I’ve been training and working from home.

but I have found a way to add luxury into bedtime routines this summer.

we have these massage chairs that nobody uses so I propped my toddler diva up with some cleansing makeup remover, a gentle face mask & treated her to cold water from a carafe for her “fancy glass”

I also did her nails and she personally requested for me to massage her feet! 👣

I also put on a classic/neosoul R&b dj playlist on YouTube called “Sunday morning cleaning playlist” at a low volume.

I can get some last minute cleaning or sneak in a face routine whilst she’s being pampered & spoiled to feel beautiful and well taken care of but also boost our connection of self care and emotional maintenance.

I love nights with my baby girl while her brothers were away for a few weeks .
