A few years ago I would have said I was lazy 😂 But after my PCOS really kicked in and my cramps got extremely painful, I didn’t have the choice! I could not get out of bed … This made me relearn how to do my first day of my period. Instead of pushing myself I’m learning to honor my body 🤍
