Part ONE of the workouts that I’ve been asked for SO MANY TIMES 😂 I have these posted on my insta (same handle) BUUUUT in transferring from THERE to HERE, the audio gets MUTED! So I have the captions to show what I’m saying in the OG posts bc I talk to myself a loooooot….YOURE WELCOME!!!
**and full disclosure I will always tell any and everyone that a workout plan being BUILT for you is always for the best. These plans were made/tailored to ME and my goals from 3 certified trainers over my 8 year fitness journey! Always consult with your physician or family doctor before starting a gym routine to check your body and labs!!!!!
Sharing a workout routine tailored to your personal fitness goals can truly make a difference in results and motivation. Over my years of lifting, I found that following general workout plans felt less effective and sometimes even frustrating. When I finally started incorporating exercises designed specifically for my body's needs and goals, there was a noticeable improvement in muscle strength, tone, and overall performance. Working on shoulder workouts requires attention to form and gradual progression to avoid injury. I personally started with basic isolation exercises like lateral raises and shoulder presses using manageable weights, then progressively increased intensity as my strength improved. One key tip is to include proper warm-ups targeting the shoulder joints to enhance mobility and reduce the risk of strain. Although I share my experiences here, I wholeheartedly recommend consulting with fitness professionals to develop a gym routine aligned with your health status and objectives. This approach has helped me remain consistent and injury-free throughout my eight-year fitness journey. Also, regular check-ins with your physician can give you peace of mind before engaging in any new workout program. For anyone interested in girls who lift and shoulder-focused workouts, joining online fitness communities or following fitness creators who share honest, user-experience-based content can be incredibly motivating. Remember, fitness is personal—what works for one may need tweaking for another, so listen to your body and adjust accordingly. Lastly, captions and detailed explanations are critical, especially when audio support is missing, like in my posts transposed from Instagram. I find that reading through captions helps me stay focused and mirrors the coach’s guidance, which is beneficial when exercising solo. Hopefully, sharing this experience encourages more people to customize their fitness journey safely and effectively.
