poetry in my veins

I’ve been trying to reconnect with my creativity lately and while cat sitting for a friend I discovered her fridge magnets and wrote a little poem

Definitely need to get some for myself - it got my creative juices flowing and re inspired me to begin writing again

As we sit in that quiet moment between winter and spring I find myself coming alive again. Every winter I feel so far away from myself and every spring I bloom. Though this year it feels like it’s taking longer to thaw out I’m finding the grace to have patience with myself as I re awaken

Welcoming myself gently and softly back into my blooming season
