Don’t sleep on Chobani Yogurt😋

So I been experimenting with breakfast food for the last couple of weeks. I’m not a big breakfast eater but I know I have to eat something because I take medication every morning.

Sometimes I have to focus myself to eat a piece of fruit 🍌 or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich 🥪 or a bowl 🥣 of cereal and juice.

So hands down this Chobani Greek yogurt is the best and I feel full and satisfied after I eat it.

Of course, I did some research and found this out about Greek yogurt and I wanted to share with you.

Greek yogurt is a good source of protein, calcium, and probiotics, which can support bone health, aid digestion, and contribute to a balanced diet. Additionally, it may help regulate blood sugar levels and promote a feeling of fullness, which can be beneficial for weight management.
