Addressing these issues took a combined approach of dietary changes, probiotics, and working with health professionals to reduce inflammation and restore gut lining integrity. Patience was key, as healing took time, but the gradual alleviation of symptoms like fatigue and skin irritations reinforced how connected our gut health is to overall well-being.
