My top 5 Disney movies (in order)

1. The Parent Trap (hands down) is my favorite movie of all time. I know this movie word for word, bar for bar! Everytime this movie is on I just want to snuggle up in bed and just be happy. This is my comfort movie for sure🫶🏾

2. Cheetah Girls 2 is THE BEST Cheetah Girls movie out of all 3 of them (I will die on that hill). I remember singing all of the songs at the top of my lungs like I WAS a Cheetah girl. Ofc I LOVED Gabriella but Dorinda was probably my favorite.

3. Once again, High School Musical 2 is THE BEST High School Musical movie out of all 3 of them. Troy was so dramatic in this movie and I loved it! The song “You Are The Music In Me” ughhhh makes me feel so warm inside!! They ate with that one.

4. Another Cinderella Story is NOT on Disney and I just need to find out who tf to talk to so they can put it on there. I remember when I was younger and I would wake up early Saturday mornings just to do the dance to “Just That Girl”😭 that was my jam fr.

5. Freaky Friday!!!! I am ready for the 2nd one. Maybe I just love Lindsay Lohan?? But this movie was everything I needed as a child and Jamie “Keep A Job” Curtis ate this role up!

... Read moreIt's so much fun seeing your top 5 Disney movies! I completely get the vibe – there's just something magical about those comfort films you can watch again and again. Your list truly captures the essence of what makes classic Disney Channel movies and nostalgic family favorites so special. Like you, I think 'The Parent Trap' is just iconic, and who can forget the absolute phenomenon that was 'High School Musical 2'? It’s definitely one of the best out of the trilogy – Troy’s drama was indeed peak entertainment! And 'Freaky Friday'? Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis absolutely nailed it, making it a must-watch for anyone looking for a good laugh and some heartwarming moments. If you're anything like me, after diving into those nostalgic gems, you might be wondering what else to add to your Disney+ watch list. The beauty of Disney+ is that it's a treasure trove for all kinds of Disney movies, from those beloved G-rated classics perfect for tiny tots to more recent releases. For anyone else who loves a good throwback, beyond your fantastic picks, don't forget other top Disney movies and Disney Channel movie gems like 'Cadet Kelly' (another classic with Hilary Duff!) or 'Princess Protection Program,' which is always a fun watch. These films defined a generation, and having them readily available on Disney+ makes rewatching them so easy and joyful. Speaking of G-rated Disney movies and films for the whole family, if you're looking to introduce younger viewers to the magic, Disney+ has an incredible selection of animated and live-action stories. While your list leans towards great movies for tweens and teens, for the very little ones, classics like 'The Lion King' (the animated original!), 'Toy Story,' or 'Finding Nemo' are always a hit. Even some newer G-rated releases, like the Disney movies 2023 title 'Wish,' brought new stories to delight all ages. It’s amazing how Disney continues to create must-watch Disney movies across different eras. And for those of us who love the high school musical vibe, there are so many other musical movies on the platform. While 'Another Cinderella Story' isn't on Disney+ yet (fingers crossed!), there are plenty of other dance and music-filled movies to explore. Sometimes, I just browse the 'Disney Channel Original Movies' section to rediscover hidden gems or rewatch a favorite I'd forgotten about. It’s a great way to find similar movies that give you that same comfort feeling. Ultimately, whether you're looking for your next 'Freaky Friday' rewatch, a 'High School Musical' marathon, or just want to explore the vast library of Disney movies for toddlers or yourself, Disney+ truly has something for everyone. It's fantastic to share these personal top 5 Disney movies because it helps others discover new favorites or revisit old ones, making every movie night a bit more magical!
