Lavender Honey Cheesecake Frappe
☁️ Ingredients:
For the Frappe:
• 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
• 3 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
• 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
• 1–2 teaspoons culinary lavender syrup (or lavender milk tea powder)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1–1½ cups ice
• Optional: 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (for extra creaminess)
• Optional: few drops purple food coloring (for aesthetic color)
For the Whipped Cream:
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
• Optional: drizzle of honey
Toppings:
• Honey drizzle
• Dried culinary lavender buds (very small amount)
• Cheesecake cube or graham cracker crumbs
• 1 paper straw
Honey Syrup (optional for lining):
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon warm water

🥄 Instructions:
1. Make the Whipped Cream:
Beat cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Chill in the fridge.
2. Blend the Frappe:
In a blender, combine milk, cream cheese, honey, lavender syrup, vanilla, and ice. Blend until smooth and thick.
3. Prepare the Cup:
Drizzle honey syrup along the inside of a clear cup for the aesthetic effect.
4. Assemble:
Pour the frappe into the cup. Pipe whipped cream on top.
5. Decorate:
Drizzle honey on the whipped cream. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of lavender buds and graham crumbs. Add a small cheesecake cube on the rim and one straw.
6. Serve:
Serve immediately for best texture and appearance.
