New Things I Got/Borrowed On My 4th Volunteer Day

This week was my fourth day of Volunteering for Work. And during this day program, my class cooked some Apple Strudel Muffins and I kept one for home. Then, I borrowed a Robert Munsch Book for Book Club and reading and a Switch Game Called Mario Party Jamboree from the Library. And speaking of the video game, I decided to take it home with me so that I can play it on the Switch. Man, what a nice fourth day I had! #FourthDay #VolunteerWork #AppleMuffin #NewGame

Traveling isn't the answer ✈️
The answer will always be "yes" I don't believe in waiting to live the life you've always wanted, whether it's crossing things off your bucket list or following your dreams We are all visitors on this earth and living on borrowed time, and you truly never know when that ti

This was three years ago when we entered the parade for the first time ever. If you couldn’t tell, it was pouring rain all day. I waited until the last second to whip this parade “float” together. The tents I borrowed flew away three times in the wind, one of them broke, the paint wouldn’t dry beca

Things I Wish I Knew Before My First Credit Card 💳
When I got my first credit card, I was SO excited to swipe — until I found out what “APR” actually meant 😭 Mine was 28.74%… and yeah, that’s not cute. I was literally paying interest on top of interest just because I didn’t pay it off in full 💀 No one told me how fast those balances grow — or th

I hope one day
Crying because the older I get, the more I realize this life is borrowed, and nothing is promised. The little things? They matter more than we think. The noise, the mess, the constant chaos… one day it’ll all be gone. And I’ll look back and think, “Wow. That mess used to mean everything.”

"Life is short, and time is borrowed.
Every day is a gift, and the truth is we are on borrowed time. Don't waste it holding grudges, staying bitter, or living in the past. Pour your energy into what matters: family, love, laughter, and making memories that last longer than we do. Because one day, all we'll have left are those

How I Ruined My Credit at 19 😭 (and Fixed It)
When I was 19, I got my first credit card with a $525 limit… and I treated it like free money 😭. I was buying little “treats” here and there — coffee, skincare, random Target runs — thinking minimum payments were no big deal. Then the interest hit. Then the late fees. My balance felt impossible

How I got my volunteer hours for PA school!
In order to get into PA school, you need to get a minimum amount of patient care hours on top of volunteer hours! During my undergrad, I spent time volunteering at several different places in order to rack up my hours. All in all, I think I had a little over 100 hours which prove to be enough I was
