The one thing that has always blown my mind from my very early childhood up to this day — Why do we blindly trust people and we're told not to ask questions? And I'm 30. We are NOT meant to do that. But how do you keep a world in control? You teach them that they can't trust themselves. You don't teach them about energy, frequency, vibration — you don't teach them to develop their intuition but rather put all of their beliefs into another person's hands who "pretends they know better". Narcissists wouldn't get away so easily if we all could recognize the dissonance in their lies, manipulation and inauthenticity because let me tell you ONE thing that'll never ever change — Energy cannot be manipulated. Energy doesn't lie. And everything is energy. Words are a simple translation to thoughts which are a frequency before anything. Truth can be felt because it's harmonious, it's not dissonant. We can all learn to do this. Then when our governments and celebrities lie right into our faces, we won't be fooled into their silly lies and pretty words. Because anything that is not truth makes your body uncomfortable and anxious and it signals you the energy is OFF. 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅‍♂️

... Read moreOne of the most profound realizations on the journey of self-awareness is understanding that energy is an unmanipulable force reflecting truth. Many people grow up conditioned to place their trust in external authorities and suppress their natural intuition, leading to confusion and vulnerability to manipulation. This suppression often disconnects us from recognizing the subtle energies and frequencies present in our interactions and environments. To begin developing this intuitive skill, it’s important to pay attention to how your body responds to people and situations. Discomfort, anxiety, or a sense of unease often signal that the energy or frequency you're perceiving is dissonant or false. These bodily sensations serve as honest indicators of whether what is being communicated aligns with truth. Unlike words, which can be crafted to deceive, energy resonates at frequencies that can’t be faked if you learn to tune into them. Practicing mindfulness and meditation can help enhance this awareness by calming the mind and amplifying your sensitivity to subtle energetic shifts. Additionally, studying the concepts of frequency and vibration in spiritual and scientific contexts can deepen your understanding. Everything around us, including thoughts and emotions, vibrates at specific frequencies; harmony in these frequencies correlates with authenticity and truth. Recognizing narcissistic behavior and manipulation starts with trusting your inner signals. Narcissists often rely on charm and persuasive language to mask their true intentions, but their energy tends to feel off or dissonant if you listen carefully. Building this skill also empowers you to navigate interactions with confidence and protects your well-being from deceptive influences, including falsehoods spread by governments or celebrities. Ultimately, reclaiming trust in yourself and your energy perception is revolutionary. It breaks the cycle of blind trust in external narratives and fosters spiritual awakening. Embracing this path invites not only personal growth but also cultivates a community aware of energetic truth, where authentic communication and connections thrive.

the most important thing i’ve learned in my 20’s 🫶
pain doesn’t ever really go away - you don’t get rid of it, you just make room for it. you allow it to exist in new ways, in its own place, alongside everything else. pain is a catalyst for change - it’s what drives us to action, what drives us to the service of others, what alerts us to things

#1 thing that helped me lose weight without trying
Over the past 3 months, I lost 7lbs without even trying (140 —> 133lbs). The only thing I changed was HOW I ate (not what I ate). I honestly didn’t even have the intention to lose weight but inevitably did when I started doing this one habit. SO BACKSTORY: I’ve always had a complicated relati
