I turned a box of cake mix and Cinnamon Toast Crunch into the softest cookies✨🍪
These soft, chewy cookies come together with just a few simple ingredients and are packed with cinnamon-sugar flavor in every bite! 🍪
Ingredients
* 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla or yellow cake mix
* 2 large eggs
* ⅓ cup vegetable oil
* 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, lightly crushed
* ¼ cup granulated sugar
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until a thick dough forms.
3. Fold in the crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
5. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough and roll into balls.
6. Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Gently press a few extra pieces of Cinnamon Toast Crunch on top of each cookie for a bakery-style look.
8. Bake for 11–13 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops are no longer shiny.
9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 10–15 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Tips
* Don’t overbake! The cookies will seem soft when you remove them from the oven, but they’ll continue to set as they cool.
* Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
