From a young age, I found myself
captivated by stories that were magical,
emotional, and spooky, but it was during
my teenage years that I developed a
passion for romance novels. Since then,
I've dreamed of becoming a romance
author, and my debut dark romantasy Of
Withering Dreams was just the story to
make it a reality.
Although I know the mishmash of things
that resonate with me, the challenge of
defining myself as a romance writer felt
overwhelming; how could I capture the
eclectic facets of myself--person and
writer--into one author brand?
