@author.emyers I need the sequel asap, and by asap I mean yesterday.
The plot 📖:
Peia is her Beta’s most notorious, violent assassin. In order to keep her sister safe, she has to do whatever Jacobian says. The same man who slaughtered the rest of her family will do the same to her sister if she does not continue killing for him. With every kill, she tattoos her skin, and she is running out of space.
My thoughts 💭:
I can’t believe I slept on this book for so long. I borrowed it from KU a while ago, and when I started it, I couldn’t stop. The mythology interwoven throughout the story was beautifully written and I fell in love with Peia, rooting for her and worrying for her. Don’t even get me started on Roman 😉
If you love ACOTAR and Fourth Wing, you’ll love Path of Ruin.
