My healthy glow up

i love to enjoy food and Netflix and chill. Sometimes if I forget to stretch, hydrate and limit my snacking so I become bloated. This makes me feel tired and not great

This is my glow up of how I reduced my bloating and felt happier

I started with intermittent fasting

During the fast I would have only water and a little salt

I cut out all processed carbohydrates and unhealthy fried or greasy foods. I cut out all seed oils as well

I increased my walking steps daily

I increased my fiber intake with loads of fruits and vegetables

I made sure to hydrate myself

I added a breathing and medication routine

And also substituted binge watching Netflix for a positive habit like learning a new language with dulinguo

All in all I feel energized, and happy
