For example, my beloved acai bowl, often topped with fresh strawberries, frozen blueberries, granola, and hemp seeds, isn't just pretty; it's packed with antioxidants and fiber. To make it a more complete breakfast, I usually add a scoop of protein powder or extra nuts and seeds for sustained energy, especially when I'm heading into a long day. For those small breakfast ideas on the go or low-calorie breakfasts to take to work, overnight oats are a lifesaver. My tiramisu overnight oats, for instance, can be prepped the night before in less than five minutes. Just grab it from the fridge and you're out the door! Similarly, a blueberry smoothie bowl with granola and pumpkin seeds is another fantastic make-ahead option. You can blend the smoothie base and store it, adding toppings fresh in the morning. Guys i have the best banana bread recipe my mom used to make it. 2 cups sugar 3 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla 4 eggs 4 mashed bananas 2 cups sour cream 3cups flour 1 cup veg oil(can sub with olive oil) Separate dry and wet ingredients. Mix them bake at 350 45-1h. Mix 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Pour almost half of the batter in than sprinkle mixture pour the rest of the batter then sprinkle GENEROUSLY.Stick butter knife in middle if it comes out clean its done. ITS SOOOOO GOOD I PROMISE!
