In the afternoon, I usually snack on a handful of nuts or a piece of fruit, like an apple or banana, to maintain my energy levels. For dinner, I like a balanced plate with lean proteins such as grilled chicken or fish, accompanied by steamed vegetables and a portion of whole grains like quinoa or brown rice. Drinking plenty of water and limiting processed foods are other habits I follow to support overall wellbeing. By sharing what I ate today, my goal is to inspire others to embrace simple, nutritious meals that can be easily adapted based on personal taste and dietary needs. This approach not only supports good health but also makes eating enjoyable and sustainable in everyday life.
