Also one VERY important thing I would like to add is WHEN not if but WHEN you fall off. I cannot stress this enough it you are able to walk and you do not need medical help or care if your bleeding put a bandaid on get cleaned up then 👏GET👏BACK👏ON👏THAT👏HORSE👏 because if you don’t need medical assistance get back on i got back on my horse both time i fell off i could BARELY walk without crying and I had a huge bruise on my hip but i still got back on because thats whats important because when you fall off and dont get back on your gonna lose confidence and you might just give up.
