I know breakfast foods are usually sweet and yummy, but have you indulged in a savory breakfast?

This here is perfect while menstruating, before a busy day, or as a pre-workout.

Kimchi pairs very well with eggs, adding a twangy tang that also helps with gut health.

Eggs are a girls best friend. We make eggs, we should consume them as well. I eat two normally, but if I am HUNGRY, I will eat 4 (🤷🏽‍♀️)
