■ Materials

1 / 4 cabbage

Half to 1 small radish

200g for pork shabu-shabu

1 / 2 small salt

sesame paste 2 tbsp

Noodle soup (3 times concentrated) 2 large

1 clove of grated garlic

A little sesame oil

💡 If you don't have sesame paste, you can add ground sesame seeds as they are.The paste is expensive, so I use peanut paste (tasteless).

■ How to make

① Cut the cabbage into 2 cm wide pieces. Peel the daikon with a peeler and put it in a frying pan.

② Put pork on it, sprinkle salt, cover and steam over medium heat for 6-8 minutes to complete!

If you are worried about a frying pan that is likely to burn, it is safe to add about 2 tablespoons of water before turning on the fire.
