เผื่อใครกำลังหา “Oniku to Gohan สาขา” แบบอยากได้ข้อมูลก่อนตัดสินใจ เราไปสาขาเอกมัย (Park Lane Ekkamai ชั้น 2) มาแล้ว รู้สึกว่าเหมาะกับวันที่อยากกินเนื้อดีๆ แบบไม่ต้องคิดเยอะ เพราะบรรยากาศค่อนข้างสบาย นั่งได้ชิล และพนักงานดูแลเตาค่อนข้างดี สิ่งที่อยากแชร์เพิ่มสำหรับมือใหม่หรือคนไปครั้งแรก คือสไตล์ร้านจะเด่นเรื่องเนื้อวากิวและเมนูลิ้นวัว ถ้าไปกัน 2 คน แนะนำจัด “เมนูไฮไลต์ 1-2 อย่าง” แล้วค่อยเติมเมนูรอง จะอิ่มแบบไม่แน่นเกินและคุมงบง่ายขึ้น เราชอบที่ HITACHI Wagyu A5 Sirloin เสิร์ฟคู่ไข่แดงและน้ำจิ้มของร้าน ฟีลละลายในปากจริง และมีช่วงที่พนักงานช่วยย่าง/ตัดให้พอดีคำ ทำให้ได้ความสุกกำลังดี ไม่ต้องลุ้นเอง อีกจานที่เหมาะกับคนไปสองคนมากๆ คือ Gyutan Mori เพราะได้ลองลิ้นวัวหลายแบบในจานเดียว ทั้งแบบบาง แบบหนา และแบบยัดไส้ต้นหอม เสิร์ฟคู่เลมอน บีบเลมอนนิดๆ แล้วกินตามคือช่วยตัดเลี่ยนดีมาก แม้ปกติเราไม่ค่อยชอบต้นหอม แต่แบบยัดไส้ของที่นี่ทำออกมาอร่อยเกินคาด ถ้าอยากได้ความอิ่มแบบครบๆ อย่าลืมสั่งข้าวด้วยนะคะ ที่ร้านจะมีฟีล “ตักข้าวจากถังไม้” แล้วเลือกไซส์ได้ (เราเลือกไซส์ S กำลังดี) กินคู่เนื้อย่างคือเข้ากันมาก โดยเฉพาะกับเนื้อวากิวแบบ cut meat (เนื้อลูกเต๋า) ที่นุ่มกว่าที่คิด แม้จะเป็นชิ้นหนาๆ สายซุปเราว่า Kara soup ก็เป็นตัวเสริมที่ดี เพราะให้ชิ้นเนื้อเยอะและนุ่ม ช่วยบาลานซ์ระหว่างกินปิ้งย่างได้ดี และถ้าอยากปิดท้ายให้สนุกขึ้น ลองสั่งมาร์ชเมลโล่ย่างบนเตา เป็นของหวานเบาๆ ที่ทำให้มื้อดูมีครบคอร์ส เรื่องงบประมาณ จากประสบการณ์เราไป 2 คน ตกคนละเกือบ 1,000 บาท ถ้าโฟกัสเมนูเด่นๆ แล้วแชร์กัน จะรู้สึกคุ้มกับคุณภาพเนื้อและบริการค่ะ
