A small challenge that actually changes lives.
Maybe we don't need "new inspiration."
Just need a "little discipline" that's repeated every day. 💗
Basically, we want to fit ourselves. 🔥😖
So we set up this challenge.
To try to complete the seven days.
Who wants to do it with us?
Let's start going together. ‼️🔥
1️⃣. Sleep before 10: 00. 🌙
Enough rest is the basis of everything.
Good body = good brain = good mood
2️⃣ Get up 6: 00. ☀️
Start the day fast. Life will seem to increase in time immediately.
Don't rush. Don't worry.
3️⃣ Drink 8 glasses of water a day. 💧
Skin gets better, puzzling, energy gets better, too.
The easiest, but the most missed.
4️⃣ Exercise 60 minutes. 🏋️♀️
30 minutes of weight + 30 minutes of cardio
Not to be very heavy, but to ask for "consistency."
5️⃣ Eat good food for the body. 🥗
Reduce fries, desserts. Try to choose something that "really loves yourself."
6️⃣ One hour of sleep. 📵
Give the brain a real break, not slide the feed to sleep.
7️⃣ Write three gratitude. ✍️💖
Thank you for the small things each day.
Train our hearts to focus more on good things.
We intend to make it a self-care series.
