4oz cod filet

1/4 c plain Greek yogurt

Paprika, onion & garlic powder, pepper

1 c corn flakes crushed

Mix the spices and Greek yogurt together, rub fish down with it and coat and crushed cornflakes, air fry at 400 for 15-20 mins till thoroughly cooked.

Tartar Sauce

1/3 c Greek yogurt

Relish to taste

Fresh dill, chopped to taste

Lemon juice to taste

Salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder to taste
