2.25 lb salmon portioned and butterflied
For the sauce - I do everything to taste
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Spicy brown mustard
Honey
Minced garlic
Fresh cracked pepper
Fresh rosemary (optional)
Poor sauce over salmon and top with rosemary. Bake in oven on 400° for 20 minutes or until no longer pink and is firm.
